Wifi Fixer is a nice and small android app that helps in remaining connected to Wifi, in areas where the signal may be weak or getting interrupted often. It detects a disconnection or a hung connection and attempts to recoer the connection or resets the connection. If the connection is very weak, and there is a stronger wifi available to be connected, it connects to the best one available.
